A place for a Customer Success Manager to start the day. See which customers need a check-in, understand what they are trying to achieve, and leave every conversation with a clear next action and owner.

BlueVoyant Client Success Team,
I have spent much of my career at the point where technical work becomes a customer decision: A security incident that needs a clear owner, a rollout that has stalled, or a renewal approaching before the customer has seen the value they expected.
That is why the Client Success Manager III role interests me. Your work across Managed Detection and Response and Microsoft security depends on more than strong detection technology. Customers need someone who understands the operational evidence, coordinates the right people, translates the result for leadership, and keeps the relationship moving.
At Check Point, I worked directly with enterprise cybersecurity customers and internal teams to improve engagement and customer outcomes. At Dedrone, I helped improve renewals by 20%, increase engagement by 25%, and standardize onboarding to roughly one month. Earlier, leading technical support at Cofense and working in enterprise support at IBM gave me an operational foundation: escalation discipline, severity, practical troubleshooting, and communication under pressure.
I would approach BlueVoyant's book of business by first reconciling the customer roster, contract milestones, security-service onboarding status, executive stakeholders, and open issues. Then I would separate healthy activity from actual value. Is Sentinel ingesting the right sources? Is Defender coverage expanding? Are high-severity incidents being resolved and explained? Does the customer understand what changed because of the service?
This demonstration shows how I would organize those questions and the follow-through. It is an independent prototype built from public information, with synthetic customers and simulated source-system events. It does not presume access to BlueVoyant's internal processes or customer environments.
My advantage is not a new dashboard for its own sake. It is a consistent way to connect the technical reality to the commercial and human work of Client Success: What happened, what matters, who owns it, and how we confirm the outcome.

The immediate decision is whether to coordinate an incident and deployment recovery plan before the upcoming executive review. Follow the actual records instead of reading a static pitch.
